We recommend as a minimum requirement that all Access control systems are maintained annually to ensure compliance with BS EN 50133. The maintenance frequency can be tailored to suit the bespoke nature of your site. The blaze, which broke out at Supa Skips in Lancaster in December 2023, was fuelled by abandoned waste and led to weeks of disruption.
