OVER 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Working at SS Systems

Working at SS Systems

At SS Systems, work is more than a job, it is a shared purpose built on trust, collaboration, and genuine care for one another and for the people and properties we serve. From day one, you feel the difference: a family feel that isn’t just a phrase, but a lived experience woven into the heart of the company.

A Family Feel That’s Real

Working here means being welcomed into a team where everyone knows your name, your strengths, and your aspirations. Support isn’t reserved for specific moments—it’s continuous, whether you’re tackling a challenge, celebrating a success, or navigating something personal. We look out for each other, lend a hand when it’s needed, and take pride in seeing each other grow.

One Team, One Mission

We work as one team with a shared goal: doing what’s right for our clients. Every department, every individual, and every project is aligned around delivering quality, safety, and reliability. Collaboration is our strength. We communicate clearly, plan together, and support one another to ensure we offer the best possible experience to every client we serve.

Our Culture: What We Stand For

Our culture is defined by the values we bring to life every day:

  • We are honest. We communicate openly, act with integrity, and always do the right thing — for each other and for our clients. Transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of our success.
  • We are one team No silos, no barriers. We collaborate, support, and rely on each other to deliver work we can be proud of. Every role matters, and every person contributes to the bigger picture.
  • We listen. Listening is at the heart of how we work — listening to colleagues, to clients, and to the needs of the business. By understanding each other, we make better decisions and create stronger relationships.
  • We are loyal. We show up for each other. We stand by our team, our clients, and our commitments. Loyalty builds long‑term partnerships and creates a workplace where people feel secure and valued.

Proud of What We Do

Whether we’re designing systems, responding to client needs, or supporting one another in day‑to‑day operations, there’s a shared sense of pride in the quality of our work and the impact it makes. Every success is a team success, and every challenge is met side by side. At SS Systems, you’re not just joining a workplace, you are joining a community that celebrates people, champions teamwork, and remains dedicated to delivering the right results for our clients every time.

Integrating fire and security systems creates a more efficient, coordinated safety infrastructure. During emergencies, connected systems can automate responses such as unlocking exits, directing cameras, and guiding first responders with real-time data. Centralised monitoring improves situational awareness by allowing staff to view alarms, CCTV, and access control from a single dashboard.

Fire Safety Training & Fire Safety Wardens For My Organisation

By |November 24th, 2025|Categories: News|Tags: , , , , |

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 it is a legal requirement that all employers / responsible persons ensure that all employees are provided with adequate fire safety training. There is no difference between Marshal & Warden, both are frequently used to describe the same role they undertake, it's the same meaning, different word. You should have a fire warden in your workplace for every 50 people. Other spaces may be found to be at a much higher risk of a fire. In such a case, you may require one warden for every 15 to 20 people but review your FRA to help determine the quantity required.
