Stores Coordinator Vacancy At SS Systems
You will be responsible for the complete purchasing of all kit within the business key areas – service, small works and projects. As our stores person you will take deliveries and manages stock levels. Your primary duties include receiving and dispatching goods from the stores, storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods.
This job description is not exhaustive and will be subject to periodic review. It may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The post-holder will be expected to participate in this process, and we would aim to reach agreement on any changes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Buying stock for operations
- Manages stock inventory levels
- Manage returns process
- Manage van stock levels to support first time fix
- Ensure CRM stock levels are correct
- Chase suppliers for delivery dates and POD
- Ensure the storeroom is kept tidy and organised
- Assist with any recycling requirements the business may have
