Job Details
SS Systems Ltd is a Yorkshire based company with a national customer base specialising in the installation and maintenance of wire-free fire alarms, hardwire fire alarms, security systems, CCTV and access control. As third party accredited we are also able to supply and commission systems installed by other electrical contractors and alarm installers.
Due to our ambitious growth plans we are seeking to recruit 2 engineers to join our team. Whilst all our engineers take on all aspects of the job, the first position is specifically for a maintenance engineer, the second on install.
Maintenance Engineer
This person will be responsible for all our customer service requirements including call outs, preventative and corrective maintenance for our fire and security systems. We also install CCTV, Access Control and FFE – experience would be an advantage in these areas but is not essential. The role will suit a more experienced engineer with “all round” fire and security ability. Driving licence required.
Installation Engineer
Our new installation engineer will cover wire free fire alarms, hard wire fire and security systems, CCTV and access control. Training will be given where required for CCTV and access control, but it is essential that the engineer is fully proficient with fire and security systems. You’ll be working with the team and on your own and will cover installations across the UK so a driving licence is required.
