Sales Person Apprentice Vacancy & Career Opportunity At SS Systems

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Salesperson to join our growing Fire & Security team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced and expanding industry. As an Apprentice Salesperson, you will support both internal and external sales activities while learning about fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and other security solutions. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals and receive ongoing training and development throughout your apprenticeship.

Key Duties Include:

  • Supporting internal and external sales activities
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and quotations
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Supporting marketing and business development activities
  • Maintaining customer records and CRM systems
  • Assisting with account management and lead generation
  • Learning about fire and security products and services


Candidate Requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
  • Previous customer service or sales experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence beneficial but not mandatory
