They say time flies when you’re having fun – well that’s certainly the case today.
Our Service Manager, Kim Jones, has been with us for a year today.
Kim joined us bringing a wealth of experience in the fire and security industry. We’ve given her some heady tasks in this last year, all aimed at making our customer service even better.
We thought we would put her on the spot and give our clients and contacts some words of wisdom for the Christmas period. Here are her maintenance tips for our fire and security customers:
- Christmas fire alarm testing – this is a very busy time of year for everyone but please don’t forget to test your systems. There is nothing worse that coming back from a break to a system with issues.
- Christmas hours – if we provide you with monitoring, make sure to let us know your operating times for over the Christmas break and who to call, should there be an activation. You can do this by contacting Kerry.firstname.lastname@example.org
- We operate a 365 day, 24×7 days service. The office closes for Christmas on the 22nd December. However, we still have you covered – if you have any issues over the Christmas break please call us on 03300 417 170 where one of our multi-disciplined engineers will be on hand to provide support.
