Making sure your service provider turns up on time, does what they say they will and provides reports on time can be a job in itself, see below how SS systems manages fire and security maintenance contracts so our customers receive a hassle free service delivery.

  1. Reduced engineer visits – Our engineers are multi-disciplined trained, meaning we can complete all your multiple system maintenance visits in 1 day with 1 engineer, reducing the amount of time you need to spend welcoming and supporting engineers on site.
  2. Flexible maintenance schedules – Accommodating an engineer visit is a hassle therefore we work with our customers to provide a maintenance schedule that aligns with less busier times and often completes any work during shutdowns or out of hours.
  3. Know the areas we need access to in advance – All our customers have an asset list per system. This is a register of all the devices on site, their locations, and their last maintenance date, this is updated on every maintenance visit.  Prior to our attendance, we can provide you with the devices to be tested on that visit, making providing access quicker and easier for you.
  4. Upfront reporting with no need to chase – After each visit we complete on site, you will receive an engineer’s report and checklist automatically. We automate this process so that our customers don’t need to chase us for information. Within your engineering report you will receive an update on what works were required, what was completed and what (if anything) is outstanding. Our checklist is written in line with British Standards and provides a breakdown of what checks our engineer has completed on site.  Alternatively, you can access our free customer portal and have full access to all your information
  5. Remedial works categorised for your convenience – Any remedial works is clearly identifiable as critical or recommended on our engineering reports and quotes. Quotes are automatically provided so that you have the information to plan quickly and on the right priorities.
