Fire Alarm Systems
Our company has professionally qualified staff to implement all elements of fire alarm systems from design and installation through to commissioning and maintenance. No project is too large or too small to receive the attention to detail that sets us apart from the run of the mill company. All engineering staff have been trained in the installation and use of fire alarm systems with particular emphasis on wirefree products.
We are particularly proud of our track record for completion of our installation work on or before the scheduled completion date. We are used to working in our client's premises with the minimum of fuss sometimes to the extent that the occupier is unaware of the work being carried out. This is very important in heritage premises like large private homes where privacy is crucial.
Schools are another type of installation where any disruption to the normal functioning of the premises cannot be allowed and we are proud to have been associated with a number of private and public institutions where fire safety is becoming a greater consideration both in terms of life and property protection.
All major insurance companies are very happy to approve wirefree installations installed to meet the latest British Standards and the speed of their installation enables urgent needs to be satisfied. There are no excessive ongoing maintenance penalties in connection with battery powered devices as with the introduction of alkaline cells replacement costs are a fraction of that associated with the earlier lithium cells but still provide a lifespan in excess of 4 years.
We are proud to have achieved registration to BAFE SP 203, the fire alarm industry standard for design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all types of fire alarm system. Our work is regularly assessed by an independent body to confirm that these high standards are continually being achieved.
Intruder Alarm Systems
Whilst wirefree intruder alarm technology is not as readily applied than that for fire alarm systems due to the general use of much smaller cables in conventionally wired systems, there are, never the less, advantages for the use of this product. We would only use class 6 radio units to enable the system to benefit from police response which would be the norm in heritage premises. It may be that cables can be installed for part of the system such as keypads and external bells with the remainder of the detection being operated by radio.
Whichever system suits your premises we can provide you with an installation tailored to your individual needs.
